How do I get started?

What do I do if I’ve made a mistake?
Simply text “Refund” up to 30 mins after the initial transaction. For any refunds after 30 minutes simply contact info.perth@kingdomcity.com for a full refund up to 21 days later.

What is ‘Cover my fees’?
“Cover my fees” is an amazing feature that allows you to ensure that your full desired amount goes to the church by you opting to cover the transaction fee.

How do I give to Tithes, Offering or Love Offering?
Simply text the desired designation after the number amount for example “30 Tithe” Will designate $30 to your Tithe.

Is this secure?
Absolutely! – Kingdomcity Text giving has Partnered with Tithely, One of the world leaders in online and mobile church giving. Tithely processes all of the payments with Stripe, a level one PCI compliant service provider that uses AES-256 encryption.

What if I want to give to a different campus?
No worries your account details are the same for every campus. Simply find the text giving number for the relevant campus and give!

How do I change my card details?

Does this come from my bank account on my phone bill?
The finances will come directly from your nominated bank card. When you first sign-up you decide what card to use and we simply associate your number with your account.

A tithe simply means a “tenth”. Tithing is our tangible way of bringing to God that which belongs to Him, anyway. It’s our obedient response to His clear command to bring the first tenth of our income into the storehouse. God’s promise is that our obedience brings us divine protection. We don’t tithe to “get” – we tithe to obey.


WHAT ABOUT OFFERINGS?

Offerings are our free-will giving, over and above the tithe. God speaks about the principles of sowing and reaping, and free-will offerings, in every area of our lives, and this includes our finances. Please prayerfully, intentionally and responsibly consider the offerings you give – according to your personal conviction and to the measure of your relationship with God. We don’t advise people to go into debt to give offerings, but this is between you and God.

Kingdomcity doesn’t differentiate in our care for anyone based on giving. Giving is a personal matter between you and God. And if you follow this, or decide against it that is between you and God. We will continue to love and support every person who wants to be part of our church, without regard to whether they give, or not, and how much they give.
