JOIN US FOR SAINTS XPERIENCE

Saints Xperience is the unique conference experience for all of our Saints (teenagers aged 13–18) attending our Kingdomcity Conference in Kuala Lumpur.

It includes daily snack packs, organised dinners, supervision during the conference, access to a youth carnival, fast pass entry, reserved seating and optional transportation (at an additional cost). There will also be prizes and activities throughout the conference. The Saints Xperience runs for the duration of the Kuala Lumpur Conference (Thursday September 11th - Saturday September 13th). Saints Xperience requires the purchase of a Kingdomcity Kuala Lumpur Conference ticket. Please ensure you have purchased a conference ticket before registering for Saints Xperience. Saints Xperience is a charge of RM30 for teenagers with an additional RM30 for those who would like to take bus transport.

Registrations for Saints Xperience is limited to Kingdomcity teenagers that attend our weekly Saints program. Visitors are welcome to be a part of Kingdomcity Conference but cannot register for Saints Xperience.

IMPORTANT INFO

HOSPITALITY

There will be hospitality provided for teenagers during their time in Saints Xperience. This will include dinner on Thursday and Friday before the evening sessions.

We also strongly encourage teenagers to bring a labelled water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.


RESERVED SEATING

Teenagers will receive a Saints Xperience wristband – in addition to their Youth Conference wristband – which will allow them early access into the sessions and reserved seats. This will be given at check-in each day. All Saints Xperience teens will be required to sit in the reserved seating area with their Youth Coaches.

BUS TRANSPORT

Bus tickets will be an additional RM30 per person that will cover all three days of the Conference. Buses will run from our 4 locations which include Sunway Putra Hotel KL, Evolve Mall PJ, Puchong and Klang transporting our teenagers to and from the Setia City Convention Centre. All teens registered for the bus will be accompanied by our Youth Coaches on the buses.

All teens who have registered to take the bus must adhere to onboarding and returning on the bus that day. One-way trips to Setia City Convention Centre is not allowed.

CHECK IN & OUT

Teenagers will be required to check-in every day either at the transport locations before boarding the bus or at the Saints Xperience booth, located at Setia City Convention Centre. Check-In times and locations will be posted closer to the conference date.

For those at Setia City Convention Centre, at the end of each day, teenagers will check-out with their Youth Coach before being released.

CARNIVAL & MORE

We’ll be running lots of exciting activities during the session breaks! There’ll be giveaways, a conference-wide scavenger hunt and a few fun surprises.

Additionally, our Saints will have access to a Youth carnival during the Conference session breaks. There will be arcade games, fun activities, and photo-booths for teenagers to enjoy!



FAQ

Nope! Saints Xperience is a part of Kingdomcity Conference, our teens will be hearing from the same speakers in the same venue. They will be seated in a separate section to the adults.

Saints Xperience is a checked in program, like youth! Teens will be sitting in a different section of the auditorium under the supervision of the Youth team.

Of course! Teens can be checked out at any time, however once checked out for the day teens cannot be checked back in until the next day.

Yes! Teens can sit anywhere within the reserved Youth section.

Of Course! Teens don’t have to do the whole 3 days of conference with Saints Xperience however they must check-in at morning to be a part of Saints Xperience.

There is only one main check-in time per day, once that closes teens will have to check-in via the Conference rego/info counter.

There are plenty of options to purchase food from Setia City Mall. However, the long queues and waiting time amidst the large crowds could be unpleasant hence we recommend signing up for Saints Xperience where your dinner meals on Thursday and Friday are provided.

No – Teenagers cannot leave Setia City Convention Centre while checked into Saints Xperience.

Yes – However if teens are checked out of the program for the day, they cannot check-back in until the next day.

As always, our bus policy is no one-way trips. This ensures we can always account for every teenager that is traveling with us and helps keep our teens safe.
